HERE IN THE EAST, Winter is not going out quietly! Now we can look to Spring with even more appreciation.. and anticipate nature coming alive..the trees, birds small animals, annual flower plants..vegetable gardens parks, & the great outdoors.. the great cycle of life that God put within all the 4 seasons here... each one holds a different aspect and beauty ..

Yes I Work in a few mediums, mainly acrylics & will mix media on occassion ie watercolor,pastel etc..but most of the paintings you see here are acrylics, and a very few watercolors...Why acrylics? because they dry quickly,to transport for a show, and to a customer etc. ... and can look very much like oil... I did a huge 7 by 7 ft mural roman baths 25 bc...on triple primed russian canvas with acrylics.... and it looked so so old and read/looked like a very ancient painting & the customer, was extremely overjoyed with the work and look..
