Below is The Painting ~ I show the young woman on the cliff at edge waving to the captain Grey... coming ashore in smaller boat.. The concept is based on a classic book called ' The Scarlet Sails ' by the great Russian author Alexander Green... Not at all just for young readers, but the young relish it !! millions of adults read him. this author (deceased) is read by so so so many they actually cannot print enough, the principle's a little girl name asole ... It is foretold about her future, it will come to pass, on a most wonderful sunny day a beautiful ship under scarlet sails with a noble prince, will come and take her away, to a most superb, wonderful world of her dreams...where she will be loved and very happy! when word got out, she was mocked, and all the neighbors told jokes about her, and children constantly teased her, but she believed and trusted in miracles .. and waited for her prince, this came to pass at the appointed time.. the prince did come !!! for the romantic girl, this is told in the book in a spellbinding very well crafted story, that will captivate the heart and mind for readers, and believer's that romantic love exists... and happen's the book can be read online... I decided to capture/paint this romantic scene where she see's the ship, from the cliff's and waves to captain grey , who is smaller brown boat coming to the shore to collect her...for her new life! ( I show on the cliffs) all the townspeople turn out to see this miracle.... of the scarlet sails ship ,that awaits the young woman !! that was foretold long ago... this is finest caliber writing...that brings hope & shows trust and faith are rewarded..

Yes a True Welcome !!! here in the East the true winter temps... so below I offer some of my winter paintings, to embrace the beauty of winter season, and remember it comes and goes pretty fast our winter here in the Northeast U.S. we have 4 seasons... below my painting trys to capture a more innocent, slower time in society..

Im really leading up to some of the films, Ive been hearing about coming out of Sundance...they are saying the films showing there this year in particular are so so dark and disturbing, and even deeply perverse... I really believe most of us.. want uplifting, joyful life affirming ... positive enriching films... not this dearth of dark banality the indies & hollyweird keeps cranking out... I really believe its reflecting the end times... and secular humanism and other views ! But I know many many people are so so tired of the negative and degrading way film is used... I love a really good /great film and pray young film makers see the great need and desire in the public for really positive, exciting good intelligent.. optomistic scripts & films...
